The purpose of this website
Is to help people find the rooms we are renting out. We have 1 house with 5 bedrooms. The house, built in 2018, offers a person a good safe place to live. It is well furnished, down to the utensils in the kitchen. We turned our property into a rental when we moved out of town due to change in employment.
Why Rent Out the Rooms?
Having spent some time living in rented rooms myself, I chose to rent the house as 5 bedrooms in a shared house instead of renting the whole house to a single family. We are a small landlord having only the one rental property. We are not out to take advantage of anyone, as some large landlords do. We take care of our renters and are available via phone, text, and email. For initial contact you can use the Contact us form. If you reached this site from a Facebook ad, you can use Facebook messaging to contact us. Though we live out of town we do have someone close by that will happily assist when needed.
Meet the Owners
The house is owned by Daniel Gray and Dr. Beatrice Gray. Daniel manages the house along with this website and www.basichurch.org. He has worked in construction, electronic repair, and devoloped software. Dr. Beatrice Gray is an administrator in education.
